An easy to follow programme for someone who is wanting to have a go at a HALF IRON-DISTANCE Triathlon, which comprises of the a 1900m swim, 90km cycle, 21km run.

You should be able to swim at least 400m straight in the pool, cycle at least 90 minutes non-stop and run or walk for at least 30 minutes.
