Foot Traffic Coach Carolyn Arthur can provide 1 to 1 coached sessions.
This is perfect for those Beginner athletes who want to find out the details of the key aspects of Triathlon - Swim, Bike, Run, Transition, equipment advice, how to look great in your race photos. The session will take 60-90 minutes.
You will receive first-hand feedback throughout the session. It will be targeted to suit the athlete’s individual requirements or requests. To ensure our athletes receive the full benefits of the session, follow up notes including the key coaching points and observations are sent to assist their development.
