We offer Structured Training Plans that target specific races around New Zealand, Australia and beyond. This is a unique new method of providing Coaching to a group of athletes training for the same race. You get the enjoyment of sharing in the same workouts as others, do the same race as you.
- Structured Training Plans written by an IRONMAN Certified Coach
- Training Plans are catered specifically to that certain event
- Choose your desired level of training plan; Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced
- Training plans are delivered monthly
- Access your Training Plan through the Foot Traffic Coaching Membership Site
- Detailed workout notes for all swim, bike and run sessions
- Regular emails on each block of training
- Access to the Foot Traffic Coaching Team via Chat
- Access to private Facebook group
