IRONMAN® 70.3® Beginner
A 15 week Training Plan to take the Beginner Athlete to their first IRONMAN® 70.3® event.
In order to complete this plan you should have a bit of experience in swimming, cycling and running.
In the first few weeks you will be completing a 30 minute pool swim, up to 90 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of running.
