One of the longest running and most popular triathlon events in New Zealand, this event has a rich history in the local Tauranga and triathlon community. This is the pinnacle event at the Mount Festival of Multisport!

In order to complete this plan you should have a bit of experience in swimming, cycling and running.
In the first few weeks you will be completing a 30 minute pool swim, up to 90 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of running.
