It all started from a friend asking me to do the 2014 Ironman. Not knowing much about the sport or training involved I investigated through the Internet and spoke to people. I ventured off on a training plan that I put together myself. I successfully completed that ironman with the bug taking a grip. I wanted to improve on my time and felt I needed help to achieve this. With a recommendation from a friend I contacted Rob from Foot Traffic. Following his program for six months my half Ironman times improved by approximately 20minutes. With the 2015 Ironman I managed to knock an hour ten minutes off the previous year. I contribute the improvement to a proper training schedule given to me by Rob, along side my dedication to stick to the schedule. I am looking forward to see what else we can achieve...
