Training with Rob has produced results and extremely good ones at that!!! Under his guidance I have achieved pb's in half marathon, marathon, half Ironman and Ironman in the last 10 months. In the latter taking off 1h20m on my previous Ironman. Rob listened to my goals for the year and then together we selected the secondary races that would benchmark the progress towards my primary goal of IMNZ. Rob tailored a program to my needs and adjusted and adapted it through the year to get the best out of me. Highly recommended!!!
