You've seen our awesome athletes at the races, even some on the Podium. Now here's your chance to train for and race these events as part of the Foot Traffic Endurance Sport Coaching group.
Race one of the longest standing Ironman events in the world, IRONMAN New Zealand. Utilise our experience and train with our guidance, alongside different athletes from all over the country. We will save you the time and stress of thinking how to train for the race.
The training plans start on 5 August 2019, so make sure you sign up to make the most of it.
Certified IRONMAN Coach Rob Dallimore will write the plans and guide you through the training process and educate you to be at your best for race day.
The plans will be updated every four weeks and there will be regular emails and live online events for you to check in, learn and ask questions you may have.
You will have the freedom of moving the sessions around in the week to fit your schedule.
We will have Training Plans for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced athletes. You get to make the decision of which one you follow, but if you are unsure we will help you figure that out.
You will be part of a community who are all training for the same events, doing the same sessions as you. What a great way to share your experiences, meet new faces, feel part of a team
Training Plans are suitable for Beginner or Intermediate or Advanced athletes.
Join other people training for the same races, doing the same workouts as you.
Every 4 weeks the next block of training will be added to your plan for you to view and plan for.

Race one of the longest standing Ironman events in the world, IRONMAN New Zealand. Train with our guidance, alongside different athletes from all over the country. We will save you the time and stress of thinking how to train for the race, just follow our training plan and you will make it. The Training Plan is designed, utilised and perfected by Foot Traffic Founder and Coach, 10 Time IRONMAN NZ finisher and Hall of Fame member, Rob Dallimore. The plan specifically targets the IRONMAN NZ course and you will be training with a focus on key aspects of the courses various challenges.
The Training Plan runs for 12 weeks, however you can sign up after the plan commencement date, and it will slot you straight into the routine. Our plan also gives you the flexibility and ability to shift sessions within your week to suit your routine. Download the Training Tilt mobile app and you can take your training plan on the go with you. And if you like to analyse your session data you can even sync it to your Strava account and use their analytical features.
Signing up for this Membership Plan also grants you access to the Foot Traffic Training Lab, which has a private members forum monitored and contributed to by our coaches, so you will hear from us and our other members...there is a wealth of information here. We have set up your own IRONMAN NZ Social Chat Group for you to communicate with other Ironman athletes doing the same race as you. You also have the opportunity to leave voice or written messages with us through our in site applications and one of our coaches will respond to your queries. We are here to help you.
The IRONMAN NZ training plan commences on 11 December 2018, 12 weeks out from race day which is 3 March 2018.
