Foot Traffic Endurance Sport Coaching are proud to supply Training Plans to participants of the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf.  This will be the third year we have been providing these plans.  

Whether you are training for the Marathon, the 25km, the 12km or the 5km event we have the Training Plan for you right here.  We even have a plan for those of you doing the 25km Walk.  Our plans cater for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced athletes

Marathon BEGINNER

Well done on entering the Marathon event in the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf.  You will find it a very rewarding experience.  Make the most of race day by training effectively and with a clear focus.  

Marathon INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

If you are considering this plan then you have probably completed a few Half Marathons and possibly even one or two Marathons already, or perhaps you are a regular in the 25km Wharf 2 Wharf.  You probably have a good understanding of the challenge ahead.

25km BEGINNER

Well done on entering the 25km event in the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf. You will find this a great challenge, and it will be an extremely rewarding experience once you cross the finish line.

25km INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Well done on entering the 25km event in the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf.  If you are considering this plan then you are obviously a competent and experienced runner and may have taken part in this event in the past (or one of the shorter ones), or one of a similar distance or difficulty and know what's involved on race day.

12km BEGINNER

Well done on entering the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf. If you are fairly new to running, and are doing the 12km event then this plan is for you.  You will find this an awesome challenge, the course is tough, but not impossible.

12km INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Well done on entering the 12km event in the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf.  If you are considering this plan then you are obviously a competent runner and may have taken part in this event in the past (or one of the shorter ones), or one of a similar distance or difficulty and know what's involved on race day.

5km

Well done on entering the 5km event in the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf. You will find this a great challenge, and it will be a fun and rewarding experience once you cross the finish line.

25km Walk

Well done on entering the Waiheke Wharf 2 Wharf. If you are planning to take part in the 25km walk then this plan is for you.  You will find this an awesome challenge, the course is tough, but not impossible, especially with the right training plan.
