Welcome to the Foot Traffic Weekend Training Group Sessions!


These sessions will vary in format and will either be a Swim/Run, Swim/Bike, Swim/Bike/Run or Long Bike, so check the individual session details for the plan for the day.

We will map out all run and ride courses before each session, please make sure you are familiar with the course.  Make sure you have sufficient fuel and appropriate gear for the whole session.  

We will utilise different swim equipment throughout the sessions so bring all that you have to every pool session; fins, kickboard, pull buoy, paddles, band and Core Shorts.  

Some of our pool sessions will be in an outdoor pool which is cool enough for you to wear a wetsuit in.  
We will notify you of which sessions these will be.



Start Times

Pool session start time is 7:30am for stretching and warm up, and in the pool for 7:45am.  Swim sessions will take approximately 1 hour.

Long Ride session start time is 7:00am sharp

Location

Swim sessions will be based from either Glen Innes Pool & Leisure centre YMCA (122 Elstree Ave, Glen Innes), Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre YMCA (29 Lagoon Dr, Panmure) or from a beach (locations to be advised closer to the day). 

The Long Rides will leave from the Foot Traffic Endurance Coaching HQ, 123 West Tamaki Road, Glendowie.

Session Fees

Foot Traffic F-Team Custom Coached Athletes - $7 for pool sessions, no-charge for non-pool sessions (NB - pool fees can be added to your monthly invoice).

Foot Traffic Training Lab Athletes -  5 session concession card $75
Non Foot Traffic Athletes -  5 session concession card $125
