Carolyn loves what this sport has done for her, the community it has given her and the places it has taken her - figuratively and literally.
She hopes by coaching that she can help other people to find the same joy and sense of achievement.

More about Carolyn
Carolyn has been involved in the sport of triathlon for about 10 years now having found her feet in the sport at a later age. I qualified for and competed at my first Age-Group World Championship in Edmonton, Canada in 2014 and then again in Chicago in 2015. She has recently moved into the world of multisport taking on a few local races and finishing 4th in the Tandem Section of the 2018 Kathmandu Coast to Coast with her partner.Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise, a Certificate in Personal Training and a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition.Carolyn likes to work with people who are new into the sport and looking for a sporting or lifestyle change. Her coaching philosophy is that training should be balanced and fun and that goals should be realistic yet challenging. She believes that a core focus on technique is essential and that physiological gains in strength and fitness will be enhanced by a solid foundation of skills.
Carolyn takes the 1:1 Training Sessions for Beginner Athletes.
