Foot Traffic Endurance Sport Coaching have a number of Training Plans written specifically for Rotorua. Suffer.  


Our Coaches have raced this event many times before, and we have trained dozens of athletes to their Suffer goals.  We've helped first timers, Age Group winners and even Overall race winners.
We have training Training Plan for you right here, and the 12 week plan starts on the 26th of September, so don't delay.
Our Half Distance plans cater for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced athletes.
