Our Coaches have raced this event many times before, and we have trained dozens of athletes to their Suffer goals.  We've helped first timers, Age Group winners and even Overall race winners.
Whether you are training for the Half Irondistance or for The Double, we have training Training Plan for you right here.  
Our Half Distance plans cater for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced athletes.  
Only $60 for a 12 week Training Plan
To purchase and download the one that you require click the box below, enter your details and we'll send you a links to the plans, and how to process your payment.  You can then print the plan out and keep it handy on the fridge. 

We also have an option for you to sign up to Online Coaching, where rather than buying the one off plan, you can instead access the Training Plans through our membership site and make the most of the features, resources and benefits within our website.
